Owner, station, dealer, or fleet schedules a battery inspection at a certified VoltCycle provider site.

Standardized check-in
Technician confirms the vehicle profile, captures odometer, charging behavior, and observed range.

Telemetry & diagnostic capture
Pack voltage, cell imbalance, temperature, DC fast-charge ratio, and warning flags are recorded.

Battery scoring
VoltCycle computes State of Health (SoH), estimated cycles, degradation %, and the VoltCycle Battery Score.

Supervisor review
Edge cases route to a supervisor before issuing the digital certificate.

Certificate issued
A tamper-evident digital certificate with QR code and public verify ID is generated and shared.

Protection eligibility
Eligible packs are routed to protection partners (warranty, insurance) with certified scope.

Lifecycle routing
End-of-life packs are routed to second-life, refurbishment, recycling, or material recovery partners — all logged.
